Watch out for signs of unwanted pests
It is critical to conduct regular pest inspections of both the inside and outside of your home. Take note of any cracks near your home’s foundation where furry friends might get in, as well as any roofing problems where you could get some unexpected guests. Change the filters in your HVAC unit
If you’re lucky enough to live in a country that means you need an air conditioning unit in your home then this ones important. Changing your air filter will extend the life of your air conditioner, improve its efficiency, and improve the air quality in your home. It will also save you money in the longer term.
